The kitchen has granite counters & stainless appliances which flows in an open floor plan to the cozy Living Room. Walk out to the ocean side deck, with gracious, comfortable seating and a boardwalk to the private Association beach.

1 Bedroom and 1 full Bath are located on the first floor, with the other 2 Bedrooms and full Bath located on the second level. Both 2nd floor Bedrooms have access to the upper level balcony, a wonderful spot for early morning coffee or a private siesta after a day at the beach.

There is also a Den with TV on the 2nd floor, the perfect place to curl up on a rainy afternoon with your favorite book or movie. Treat yourself to the best in this well appointed home with elegant tile Baths, the most requested amenities, and views of the sea from almost every room. For added guest comfort, the property is equipped with central air conditioning, providing efficient and quiet climate control throughout the space.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for a $25 Per Night Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 Per Night Fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on dune anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
