Old Thorns Hotel & Resort
"No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed"

"Beautiful setting, but unfortunately our first floor bedroom in one of the chalet/lodges was a let down. It was all very tired and basic. The bed was tiny, it’s the smallest double I’ve ever slept in! We didn’t eat there as another couple recommended the pub down the road, where we had a lovely ..."
