Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be directed to Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
*Signing of rental agreement
*ID and selfie uploads

The Neighborhood:
This property is situated in a tranquil residential community just north of Lansing. The area boasts natural beauty, with parks like Rose Lake Wildlife Area and Sleepy Hollow State Park nearby. You'll also find lakes and waterways for boating and fishing. The neighborhood hosts local events, like the Bath Days Festival, and has good connectivity to major highways, including easy access to Lansing, East Lansing, and MSU (5.5 miles away). It's a family-friendly area with a mix of rural and suburban living, perfect for a peaceful lifestyle.

Getting Around:
Guests can travel by car, bike, or walking to get around. Major highways, such as I-69 and I-96, are nearby and provide easy access to other parts of Michigan. Residents can also take advantage of the natural beauty of the area by biking or walking along the many trails and pathways located throughout the township. Ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and we require all renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)
