  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located right on the Jordan River where you can canoe, kayak, and fish for Trout, right out your front door. Private setting on 1,500 feet of frontage. Lake Charlevoix boat ramp is two miles away. You can canoe/kayak right to Lake Charlevoix from your front door. Boyne Mountain is less than 15 minutes away for skiing and golfing. Several golf courses are less than 10 - 20 minutes away. Traveling nurses or longer term renters welcome during months of November through May. Contact us for lower long term rates, minumum 30 days.

This place was amazing! Super cute and clean. Fire pit and scenery was very nice. The host was exceptional willing to go above and beyond for anything we needed would definitely stay again. All you have to do is take your food and personal belongings. Everything else is set in the cabin for you.

This VRBO rental was everything you could ask of a rental, everything was clean and fresh. The host Larry was absolutely delightful, and showed us everything about the place at check-in. Jordan Valley Outfitters picks up and drops off across the street from the rental. Be sure to book a very convenient river adventure for yourselves, you won't regret it. We had a wonderful stay in this Vrbo. My son got married during our stay and the venue was located minutes away. We are hoping to stay there again! The host was great with his communication and accommodations.

Family visit in northern Michigan

Great cabin on the Jordon River! The cabin met all our needs while we visited family in the area. Very clean with beautiful grounds. Fun watching all the river activities as they floated by.

Nice country setting on the Jordan River. Near town. Excellent location for canoeing, kayaking, etc., with a rental service available just across the road.

The house was very nice. Everything was explained to us by Larry. He recommended places for us to go. Really enjoyed the stay. The back yard with the fire bit was very nice.

Lovely Cabin!

This cabin was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Restaurants, groceries, lakes and plenty of other attractions are very close but still located in a peaceful and relaxing area. Plus, our host Larry went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Truly a top-notch host! We plan to visit again!

East Jordan Riverside cabin

We had a wonderful stay. Loved being by the river and found it very relaxing. Property owner was super, responsive to our needs and very friendly. Loved the decor, very up to date. Cabin was very clean and comfortable and a short drive to Charlevoix. We look forward to going back.

Fall Colors

We had a nice time here. The place was recently renovated and was very comfortable with baseboard heat. We fished the Jordan River in several spots including the marina in town and took various day trips west, north and east for the fall colors. Thanks to our hosts for the local info and hospitality.

Lovely Stay

This cabin is across the street from our cabin which made it so convenient to have our son’s family stay there. Larry and Lisa are wonderful hosts greeting us with a rundown on the nuances of this charming cabin. You won’t be disappointed staying there!!!

Beautifully renovated cabin, clean and well-appointed. The, I think recently added, air conditioning unit was a life saver. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio or by the river and relax in the country setting. Also, it's close enough to Charlevoix, Petoskey, and even Traverse City for day trips. Larry was helpful with recommendations in the area and for any questions we had.

Cozy River cabin

We were very happy with our stay, the cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing off the river bank and having bonfires at night. The host was very helpful and attentive. Cabin is close to downtown East Jordan and also not a far drive from downtown Boyne. I would say this is the best stay we’ve had yet using Vrbo , we will definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful

Larry was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The house was clean & comfortable with an enjoyable view of the Jordan River. You could see fish swimming by while relaxing on the sofa. Would highly recommend this cottage on the river.
