Overall, clean room and comfortable bed but not much else. There is a gas station nearby and a Safeway grocery store open until midnight just over a mile away."

"The vending machines were empty but you did not know until you put your money in. Breakfast was meh! The orange juice pot was empty. Nobody was around to refill. We were there within a half hour of breakfast time opening. Waffles were good."

"I am so frustrated and frankly, mad about my stay at The Dylan. I tried for two days to call them ahead of my stay, no answer at the front desk. Upon check in, there was no hand soap, no shampoo, no plug for the tub, no outlet in the bathroom. Called the front desk from the phone in the room three times, no answer. Went to the office, and was offered an extension cord for the bathroom. Went to shower, and there is a vent in the shower with exposed wiring. No available do not disturb sign and...

"The room was clean and comfortable, can hear the music, however after a long flight I fell asleep easily."

"Will definitely be staying here again for all future travels to Seattle. We are a family of 4, traveling with young children and had all the amenities we needed. Nearby park less then a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Great selection for the inclusive breakfast in the mornings."

"My family suite was perfectly clean, if a bit sparse on furniture. The biggest issue was the noise; the windows are quite thin, and outside construction and sanitation work kept going into the early morning hours. Despite the disruptions, I still enjoyed my overall stay, but better soundproofing would go a long way."
