Important to know before booking

Tweed New Haven Airport is very close to the property, so aircraft noise can be loud at times. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise should consider this before booking.

Sun Up is located on the second floor and requires stairs.

The seasonal pool is shared with Sun Down and is not heated. There is no grill at the property.

Pool hours, when open, are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
The pool is seasonal and may not be available outside the operating season
Guest Access

You'll have the entire second-floor apartment to yourself, including your bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and both living rooms.

Sun Down is a completely separate apartment on the first floor and may have guests during your stay.

The first-floor apartment, basement, gym, and cinema room are not included with a Sun Up reservation.

Parking

Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

Additional on-site parking is not available, so please plan accordingly.

Noise levels can vary throughout the day, but guests who are especially sensitive to aircraft noise may prefer a different location.

You may also occasionally hear normal residential sounds from guests staying in the separate apartment downstairs.
