Graduation stay

It's a cute little place, cosy. It could've been a little cleaner, we were not expecting home beautiful clean. The silverware tray was kinda icky, the refrigerator didn't work and was kinda icky as well. The plastic hose for the shower head broke. My friends didn't know how to get ahold of the owner as the booking was under my name. I was unable to come with, due to a severe migraine. So getting ahold of me was hit or miss due to being heavily medicated and sleeping. Had they been able to get ahold of the owner, those problems may have been fixed. They said that other than those few things they had a great time. Also the backyard looks like it's fenced in, in the pictures, it's not. It worked for what we needed, which was a place to stay so we could see my best friends daughter graduate from highschool.

Squirrel Cottage!

This little house is tucked behind some bigger neighbors. It was comfortable and quiet! We had a ball watching the antics of a family of squirrels. It fit our needs perfectly!

Not for the clean of heart

The rental was not cleaned very well at all. You may want to bring some lysol. Other than that it was a good value. We had one issue and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away.

Nice location, nice property

Overall, this was a really nice property. It was as described and the property manager was very responsive. GREAT location for access to UCONN/Rentschler Field. Would stay again. A lot of nice personal touches.
