Cute as a button cottage in East Hampton Springs, moments from East Hampton town as well as some of the best beaches and restaurants the Hamptons has to offer. This three bedroom one bath cottage is fully updated with an open living plan, high ceilings and a cozy fireplace. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a larger third primary bedroom on the second floor.

Incredible!

From beginning to end, the entire stay was fantastic! Blake was so communicative and helpful before and during our stay. He gave us a digital house guide, which had all the information we needed (and information we didn't even know we needed like how to get reservations, how early to order Ubers, how to get beach passes, restaurant and bar recs., etc. which was super helpful)! There was also a printed copy of the guide and a handwritten note when we arrived. The house was full of small, special touches like that, which made us feel at home because you could tell he put a lot of care into the house and experience for renters! The pictures do NOT do a justice - this house is even more cute in person! The rooms are spacious, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The backyard! I can't stop thinking about the deck and backyard! The area was made for entertaining! From large details (a separate eating and lounge area) to small (chic citronella candles), the outdoor area was well thought out and designed for entertaining. Every detail of this house was high-end. Even the toiletries were high-end...Kiehl's products in the shower!! The house is also ideally located. The village and beaches are both less than a 10-minute dive, and one of the best restaurants in East Hampton is a 10-minute WALK from the house, but it's in a quiet residential neighborhood so it's the best of both worlds. I highly recommend the house and will definitely be staying again! Thanks, Blake!!

Lovely home but constant construction noise

The home is clean, well organized and has a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook. The porch and yard are great spots to enjoy during warm weather but there is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION at the property next door that was disruptive during our entire stay. There is a home being built just yards away and construction began by 8am through the entire day, ending after 5:30pm. It was so loud (backhoe digging, hammering, saws and music) that we had to find activities away from the home to keep our kids occupied. We had hoped to do work from the home, enjoy the deck and have our kids nap during the day, unfortunately the construction was too disruptive. We were surprised that it had not been mentioned prior to us finalizing the booking. If you're looking for a spot to spend evenings and are planning to be out most of the day enjoying the area, the home is lovely but do not expect a quiet or relaxing escape at this property.

Awesome!

Stayed for a girls weekend with some friends, the house was super cute! Everything was clean, organized, easy to navigate with owners. Blake answered all my inquires prior to our stay timely. Check in process super easy. Would recommend to any group looking to explore the Hamptons. Location was great and easy to get around.
