"Clean and modern hotel with daily complimentary breakfast and free parking. We checked in with no problem. Our room was on the first floor near the stairs and an exit door. We could hear the exit door slamming frequently during very early morning hours and late at night which was very disruptive to our sleep during our three-night stay. There was other random noise...loud footsteps on the floor above and banging of some sort next to our room.
After the first night, we requested a room...

"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"It is located right off the expressway, easily accessible. Value for room is exceptional.
The room was very clean, bed and pillows were amazing! I want to know brand of pillows and where to buy. RJ or AJ who checked us in was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The only issue we came across was the elevators were not working. He did find us a room on first floor. We would stay there again."
