Southern Comfort Villa is the perfect place for those looking for a laid back, cottage-like retreat. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa sleeps 4-5 guests.

The great room boasts 20 ft vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

Enjoy a relaxing morning coffee or afternoon drink with a view on the wrap around veranda.

Take a dip in the pool while enjoying unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and neighbouring islands of St. Martin and St. Barth.

Southern Comfort is less than a 5min drive to the beautiful Sandy Hill Beach and less than 10min drive to the world renowned Shoal Bay East.

What a beautiful house with a view that can’t be beat! The pool was lovely! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great, the beds were very comfortable, and we could tell the owners have been updating things in the house. The bathrooms are going to be updated in the near future we were told. The house is perfect for two couples or a small family. The house manager, Joyce, was a pleasure! All in all a great stay, we would return!

This was our first time staying on Anguilla’s East End, and we loved the quieter, more laid-back vibe compared with the busier West End and its larger resorts.The views from Southern Comfort were spectacular and largely unobstructed, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxing by the pool or even from indoors. We also enjoyed daily walks through the neighborhood, which added to the peaceful feel of the area.The villa’s layout worked very well for our two parties, allowing for privacy for each bedroom and a central gathering space overlooking the pool and view beyond. Many of the furnishings seem pretty new, and everything throughout the home was very clean. The bathrooms were more on the original side but they were well maintained and fully functional.A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the chilled water dispenser for drinking, cooking, and making ice. After many stays in the Caribbean, I’m not sure we’ve had this small luxury before! Joyce, the house manager, gave us a warm welcome and was always available whenever anything came up. She has worked with this property for many years and her care of the home was evident. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Villa and Host Second to None!

The villa had everything we needed, has both a beautiful pool and view. The highlight for us was spending time with our host, Joyce. She checked in regularly, helped with recommendations and gave us first hand insight into the island. The villa was in a quiet neighborhood and felt private. Kitchen is new and made for the best breakfast spot. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful island getaway

Beautiful island paradise. Love this spot. The property is very nice, could use some updates. The property is a bit difficult to find the first time but otherwise location is gorgeous. Ocean view, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Joyce, the local property manager took good care of us. Look forward to returning soon.

Amazing property!

This property has everything you will need as a visitor. Towels are stocked, WiFi, Netflix, and a washer. They also have soaps, shampoo’s, hair dryer, kitchenware, microwave, and everything that’s described on the listing. Google maps shows a wrong path that does not reach the driveway approach. Please reach out to the owner/housekeeper before you land and get clear directions. Otherwise, amazing property with amazing views! Will def stay again.

Awesome place and location

Great location, beautiful view, perfect house, private and quiet. Having a pool and a multi million dollar view makes up for not being at the beach. And Anguilla beaches are all a short drive away. House holds everything you need and more. Property Manager Jocelyn is accessible and will assist if needed. Communication with the owners was great. We highly recommend this property!!
