"Our room had an unpleasant smell. But the property was clean. My issue is that I was charged double. One person could not figure it out and referred me to the manger, that was not there. It was finally fixed and refunded. However, 2 days after check out i received another charge for a nights stay. I was told it will be refunded but it is still an inconvenience for this to happen after check out. "

"It was awful and disgusting the workers are sweet though… I pulled back the sheets and there were mystery stains they came with a pack of new sheets straight out the pack and changed them. Then there was fecal matter on the wall I had to leave after that. I couldn’t take anymore then seeing a woman outside with just a shirt and no underwear when leaving around a group of men and some other girls was insane… when I checked out I got the dirtiest look but I was disgusted and terrified to stay over...

We only had 2 towels for 4 people and the desk agent wasn’t there half the time to ask for any. There was not any coffee really available and if there was there was no creamer. "Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc.
