"The room was very nice and clean but you have to have a room key to access the elevators which is disappointing. We went down to breakfast at 8am, having left our belongings in the room to go back up to the maid cleaning our room for us to leave. We had to grab our stuff and rush out, hoping we didn’t forget anything. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. "

"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers...
