With 1,500 square feet of cozy living space, this home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Bright and airy rooms create a welcoming environment for your stay.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a futon in the game room for extra sleeping space. There is also a bathroom with a shower as well as a washer/dryer for guest use. Head up to the second floor to a bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with a king-sized bed, both with beautiful water views. The second floor also has a 3/4 bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-top oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, making it easy to prepare meals.
The home has a private yard with porches, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze or dining al fresco.

Located along the serene King Phillips Trail in East Boothbay, Owl`s Nest by Sea Maine offers the perfect coastal escape while keeping you close to the area`s best attractions. • Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Pets are not permitted at this property. Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted. Bringing an unauthorized pet to the property may result in cancellation of your reservation, a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, and additional cleaning or damage charges.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
