  • Enjoy elevated water views of the open ocean, Linekin Bay, and two lighthouses from this classic Ocean Point cottage. The ocean views cannot be beat as you enjoy them straight from the large, open living area. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you warm on those cooler nights, and you'll still be able to hear the sound of the crashing waves while you play board games or read one of the provided books.

    There is also a full kitchen for easy meal preparation, a furnished patio with a gas grill, and plenty of space for dining and relaxing indoors and outdoors. Located right on the water, you may never want to leave this home's gorgeous vistas, but if you venture out, you'll find the Ocean Point Preserve just a half-mile away. The town center is less than four miles away, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

My group had a fantastic stay here! Everything was clean, and the location was lovely. The hosts even left a sweet little card welcoming us to the property, a collection of menus from nearby restaurants, and clear printed instructions for emergencies. My friends are already asking if we can book the same place again sometime. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Must stay! We loved it and the location. Very relaxing and the neighborhood is very safe to walk around and explore. The house offers everything you would need with the best views. My family would definitely stay there again!

We loved the views and the morning walks to Grimes Cove and back. There can't be a better walk anywhere.

Love Ocean Point

My wife and I have been traveling to the region for many years and we particularly love the Ocean Point area. The location of this property is excellent - the views are great and a walk from the house to Grime's Cove couldn't be more beautiful. The house was very clean and had every possible amenity I could think of, plus a lovely welcome gift left for us by the owner - thank you!

Beautiful cottage on a quiet street with incredible view of the bay. Clean, comfy beds, 3 full baths and full kitchen were all pluses to this cottage! My favorite part was the deck that overlooks the water.

Nice Ocean Front Home

House sits up on a hill overlooking Boothbay and Linekin Bay out on Ocean Point.. Great views from the house. Quiet neighborhood when we were there.
