The “On The Rocks Cottage” and “Twin Pines Shanty” family are proud to announce the birth of their newest addition!

Welcome to “The Lil’ Woody”.

Welcome to our efficient Lil’ 4 person cabin with all the Lil’ amenities of home.

After several requests from our repeat customers for MORE beds and MORE space to accommodate MORE family and MORE friends, we decided to create a unique studio space with a multitude of personality.

Completely stripped and refurbished from the ground up, all the existing sheet rock was replaced with ship lap, the ceiling layered and vaulted in tongue and groove , a perfect little kitchenette added with a “real tree” bar area, and an extremely detailed bedroom nook created. Every do-it-your-selfer out there will appreciate our attention to color, design, and detail. When we stood back to look at what we’d created with all the textures of wood, then some more wood, and then a few extra pieces of ... you guessed it .. wood ... “The Lil’ Woody” name was our unanimous choice.

Within short walking distance of our other properties, our location is perfect for extra overflow. Complimenting both “On The Rocks Cottage” and “Twin Pines Shanty” by comfortably sleeping 4 more people .... we now have the space to offer more convenience. And we allow your furry dog friends.

Of course, with every possible amenity, The “Lil’ Woody” will also stand on its own as an affordable nightly rental on Table Rock Lake, sitting straight across from the Marina (just a minute away), with lake views from our Lil’ back deck, a brand new Lil’ bath (just behind the sliding barn door), kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove, and microwave ... and everything else a person will need to relax and enjoy everything that our location in Eagle Rock MO. has to offer.

We’re located lakefront in Eagle Rock, in southwest Missouri. Our location is close to a variety of different entertainment options. We’re 10 minutes from trout fishing and hiking at Roaring River State Park, in the Mark Twain National Forest. It is only 15 minutes to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, a Victorian mountain village with art, music, fine dining, shopping, night spots, distinctive attractions and worlds of outdoor activities.
Table Rock Lake is almost 70 miles long, and we like to think we are located on the 'quiet side'. Our corner of the world is ideal for wakeboarding and water sports, with plenty of secluded coves for fishing. We are directly across from the Eagle Rock Marina, where overnight slips and boat rentals are available. Feel like taking a boat ride to dinner? The floating restaurant at Big M Marina, about 15 minutes away, is the perfect destination for an evening excursion. You can take off South and West on the lake to visit the Holiday Island Marina and the historic Beaver town suspension bridge. Branson is a 45 minute drive with so many things to do that we can’t even start to list all of them. Also worth mention is the Bentonville/Rogers/Fayetteville metro area, only an hour away. You can check out the new Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art, now open in Bentonville, AR. People are traveling from all over the world to not only see the museum but the grounds as well.

MOTORCYCLIST BEWARE

I messaged the host prior to booking because I noticed the covered parking. We were coming in on a motorcycle and that fact is important to us. What I inquired about was the gravel. I wanted to see if the enitre road was gravel or just the driveway. Host inofrmed me that lots of motorcyclists stay there with them. I booked the property. We arrived just a few minutes after checkin time of 4 on Thursday. There are 3 problems for motorcyclists to be made aware of that were not communicated to us. The first, and most important, is the driveway is loose gravel and downhill. That is a nightmare! We had to try to back the bike down the loose gravel hill to the covered parking. We almost tipped over doing so. We immediately messaged the host to let her know we had a problem. We left for dinner and returned having the exact same issue. We decided at this point after almost laying it down twice trying to get into the driveway that we couldn't stay there. We communicated with the host the issue to which she said most folks on motorcycles that stay with them either have it trailored (which we didn't) or leave it in the grassy, unlit lot across the street. Had this been communicated upfront, we would have known we couldn't stay there. So to our fellow bikers, the driveway is a nightmare. The other two issues are dogs and the road itself (stops on hill). The house across the street has 2 dogs. All 4 times the choco lab charged us. We found a hotel the next morning

Nice place to stay. Super quite and lovely deck with views of the lake.

Cute place for a cabin experience on the lake. Loved being able to bring our puppies. Beautiful view of the lake. So nice and comfortable. Host was great!

So cute and comfortable

We stayed here for our annual family lake trip. Our family has grown so much that we rented three different houses along this road. Our grandkids stayed with us for a night and loved it. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed.

Fantastic Value

Great location as we visited Eureka Springs, Roaring River State Park, and Silver Dollar City during our stay—-as well spent some time at the lake out of Eagle Rock marina which can be seen from the back deck. The hosts are exceptional and very accommodating. This is a small unit but a perfect little getaway for 2-3 guests. Very clean and a great decor. Would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Eagle Rock area.

Clean, Cozy, and Comfortable

Decorated so cute, this small cottage-type house is fabulous. My husband, dog, and I stayed 5 nights and feel so relaxed heading back home. Eureka Springs is only a 20 minute drive. Overlooking the lake, the deck and neighborhood are so peaceful.

Cozy and adorable

This was such a pleasant stay! Our dog was able to have plenty of room to run and the firepit was lovely! The house was clean and so cute. The perfect size for my husband and our fur baby:) the instructions were clear and they were easy to contact when we had a question. Great experience!

Perfect!

My stay at Lil' Woody can be summed up in 1 word "PERFECT". It was exactly what I needed to get away, work remote and enjoy some much needed quiet time. The cottage was exactly as advertised, actually it was better than advertised with all the extras that were included like the doggy bowl, treats and towels they could use. I love traveling with my frenchies and appreciate high quality places that are soooo pet friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Great little cabin to stay in just outside of Eureka Springs. The location is great and the welcome basket was a nice greeting. The manager reached out several times to make sure everything was OK. Would stay here again!

Great little homie house

Clean, cute, comfortable. Those are the top three things about lil woody. The view of the lake is also a nice touch of the huge deck out back. We (2 adults, one 9 yr old and 2 Great Danes) stayed here for a short spring break and it was more than we expected. Great place great price.

Winter Trip

Cabin was very clean and well appointed. The wi-fi was hit and miss. The door into the bathroom was small and the sliding door kept closing about halfway. The shower floor was very slippery and both of us had trouble not to fall even when the area inside was very small. The immediate location of the cabin was in an area where there was nothing to do. The only place to get groceries was at the dollar store. Very good place to go if you want solitude and quiet.

Fall weekend getaway

This place was everything described and more. The house came with everything you needed. The view from the back deck was beautiful. We were about 20 minutes from eureka springs. We enjoyed hiking, night life and this place was very pet friendly. We plan on coming back

Quiet and Peaceful

Very nice area and close to the lake, the cabin "Lil Woody" was comfy and quiet. The only draw back for us was the bed. I need a firmer mattress for my back. I would recommend this cabin or cottage to any one wanting a place in the Ozarks.
