This spacious, stately, two story home has a large unfenced yard backing up to neighborhood common area featuring streams, ponds, and walking paths. Take a stroll year round to enjoy the 4 gorgeous seasons experienced in the Treasure Valley. Beautiful foliage can be seen out almost every window. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms featuring a King bed, Queen bed, Full bed, two Twin beds, and 2 Twin size floor mattresses, sleeping 10 total. The main floor has plenty of space to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends in the living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and family room plus when the season is right, there is also a patio table and Adirondack chairs! The kitchen boasts two ovens making it perfect for big family meals especially for the holidays. The City of Eagle host events and markets throughout the year plus there are many delicious restaurants and outdoor activities nearby including parks and the Greenbelt.

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. No smoking and no pets - minimum $250 fine. Please be aware that the jets for the Primary bathroom bath tub are non-functional. The garage is tandem bay which means it fits 4 cars behind the double garage door - the owner has1 car parked and covered in the back right of the garage and therefore the garage will only fit 3 guest cars (2 of which will have to park one in front of the other).

Eagle family birthday

Family of five, in Eagle to celebrate a “90th” birthday . Wimbledon met all our needs. Great location to everything. With the park like grounds, morning and evening walks were right outside our back door. Home away from home.

Great location

Positives: Wonderful location in eagle; easy check-in process. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet. Furniture was clean and in good condition Owners were quick to answer questions and friendly Improvement areas: House could use a deep clean (as most rentals could!) temperature should be checked by property managers when expecting a check-in; the house was a frigid 50 degrees when we arrived with our two children (under 2) Front door doesn’t seem very secure from the inside and can easily be unlocked when you think it’s been locked due to the type of lock used. Internet was spotty; not sure if it’s the type of plan for the house but was not able to stream shows consistently during evening hours Overall it was a nice trip!

unsatisfactory due to no hot water for more than half of stay to wash dishes, wash clothes or take showers. rented for a wedding venue and unable to take showers....property management has not responded to this issue regarding refund of cleaning or adjustment for this issue. emailed several times, called on cell

Wonderful Oasis

I was not expecting the beautiful garden and walking path that runs for miles just outside the door. It was so peaceful, and filled with ducks, geese and baby goslings. Squirrels ran past every morning picking up seeds, and brightening this city girl's day! I was like an escape - but still near the city. The home is beautiful, very clean, and has everything you would need. The beds were all super comfortable, and linens spotless. It feels brand new! We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and would stay again when in Boise!

Super Clean and Convenient

We stayed over the New Years weekend holiday. Owners were super easy to communicate with and responded to questions within minutes. The home was super clean, everything functioned well. The setting was beautiful, looking out the back windows at the ponds. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful!! Inside and out😊

Great experience, start to finish. Beautiful BIG house with big bedrooms, comfy clean beds and great window views out the kitchen window. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Easy coming and going w/ garage remote and good location for us in Eagle. We will be back!!👍😊
