"The owners of the house were so engaging and kind. We spoke of their children and grandchildren. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hot, coffee was tasty. We would return again if at all possible on our next overnight stay in Anchorage. "

"Loved how big and beautiful the rooms were, and all the amenities...fridge, microwave, kitchen. We wished we were staying longer! It is made for cooking in though, as there isn't a restaurant on property."

"We enjoyed our stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were great. Breakfast buffet was included for us. A short walk to SBUX and Bear Paw restaurant. Would stay again."

"So much better than the downtown hotels we stayed in. The hotels downtown are older and run down and crawling with cruise passengers. This is a newer hotel: clean, well lit, quiet, fun, nicely decorated, nice staff, good vibe. You can't walk a lot of places and the view is of a gas station, but of the four hotels I stayed in on a trip to Anchorage, this is the only one I would book again. 5 minute drive to everything."

"Very sweet and helpful staff. Free shuttle pickup at airport and they were right there when we walked out the door! Loaded all luggage and unloaded and didn’t want a tip but we gave him one anyway. Great restaurant on property called Pipers. EXCELLENT SEAFOOD, service and we loved Jesse the bar tender. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and I’ve never been givin 5 pieces of bacon before! lol. "The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one might expect in a suite. The staff was wonderful & helpful - going out of their way both at checkin as well as during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and attractions. I would strongly recommend. And will stay again when next in Anchorage."
