"This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. "It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath. The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. "Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth. Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go.
