Bennar Beach, less than two miles away is a sandy beach backed by dunes which is popular with surfers and body boarders.

Alternatively, explore the area’s rich history with a visit to Harlech Castle (5 miles). Blaenau Ffestiniog (20 miles) is a must-see for the railway and a day at ZipWorld.
