"I'm a Silver Elite IHG Member. I stayed here over a year ago, and everything was superb. This time, I was given a late check-out of Noon. (Silver Elite always receives this courtesy. I was 15 minutes later than I was supposed to be, 12:15 pm. They hit me with a $25.00 late fee. The reason I was late .... I spilled ice near the ice machine.
