"This property & host are great. The host is communicative and make the check in very easy. Property is in prime location where you can walk everywhere. Highly recommended for a visit to Aberdeen!"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!"

"Very comfortable 2 night stay with great breakfast and evening meal. Very enjoyable and lively Bar to round off a great evening. "

We have returned many times because it is always perfect and the staff are wonderful , friendly and ultra helpful. The staff truely set this exceptional hotel apart from the competition. "During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking...

"Sentralt beliggende. Vi var heldige og fikk et rom i fjerde etasje med utsikt over byen. Veldig vennlige ansatte, flott frokostbuffet. Hotellet ER hundevennlig, med senger til hundene og vann/matskåler på rommet. De tar ytterligere et "depositum" på 50£ i tillegg til 20 per hund. Dette depositummet bli tilbakebetalt hvis alt er i orden på rommet ved utsjekk. Dette kan jeg ikke huske å ha blitt informert om ved bestilling. "

"This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped. As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. "The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"The manager was excellent! He was very helpful with all my questions. "

"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good. As ever I used the gym and the pool which are both really good for a hotel. Only problem was, as it's the school holidays the kids were enjoying themselves in the usually tranquil pool,lol.
