The back yard features a community-like feeling with several Vintage Campers as Cottages hosting air bnb guests such as grad students, nurses, musicians, teachers. This is the main house of the two acre property. Not for fussy people. Farm house from 1937. The floors are wavy, and parts of the house have settled.

My tidy, quaint, cabin-like bungalow is outside of the downtown area. It is zoned rural residential, meaning it's sort of in the country but with several other houses and neighborhoods near by. My neighbors are standard issue old southern folk. It is unlikely that any interaction with them will take place but if so, they are very nice and helpful to everyone. My house is from 1937 and not perfect. If you are looking for the Hilton, this is not for you. It's tidy, quaint and outside of the downtown area. It is zoned rural residential, meaning it's sort of in the country but with several other houses and neighborhoods near by. My neighbors are good ol’ southern folk who have generations of roots on our land. It is unlikely that any interaction with them will take place but if so, they are very nice.
