As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. "First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. "The core issue on this stay was that while I clearly booked Suite 3 specifically on the site, on arrival I was given Room 1 and told that the previous client had extended his stay. This was done without solutions to accommodate my booking nor compensation for the change which was inconvenient for me, given I had opted for Room 3 because of a desk I needed for working. While the room was comfortable, it did inconvenience and I was provided no excuse nor service to apologize."

"Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite."
