The location was great - literally just minutes from the Casino & downtown Durant. Very scary one lane bridge you had to cross though - went straight up with no way to see what was coming the other direction. The fishing pond wasn't fishable - you couldn't get anywhere near the bank & the water was way down. Huge ant beds & sticker burrs just trying to get to it. AC wouldn't get below 73, it was a little warm for us, but not unbearable - definitely wouldn't want to go in the summer. The beds were super hard, but if that's your preference, you'd be fine. Cute little house & had everything we needed. Internet info. wasn't correct & the tv service was super spotty. No donkey's or firepit as listed in the description. The add on fees are crazy - whatever the listed price is- add about 200 to that. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We were very pleased with Rodeo Ranch. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was very refreshing. The outdoor space was enjoyable with no close neighbors and beautiful trees. We had a great time and hope to come back in the future.

If you’re looking for that peace and quiet, but also want to get out and about… This is the place! We enjoyed our stay and this was our second booking at this VRBO. We absolutely loved all the amenities and the pool is a major asset. Everything is decorated beautifully and comfortably. We will be back next year!

Great vacation

The place was clean and very comfortable. Great location from the casino. My wife loved the place so much she wanted me to call and ask if it was for sale!!! She wanted to retire thete! Great job on the place! Great town! Lots of places to go. The pool was a great extra perk!

We loved the place so close to the casino which my daughters loved….it was so hot the ac didn’t work very well so I might suggest getting the filter and unit cleaned but overall a great place!!!!

Nice place minus a couple things

This is a nice, spacious house with covered car port and pool. It was clean, had bean bag toss game, wifi, etc. We'd definitely stay there again. A few items needed help: none of the fire alarms worked, the grill was terribly greasy (blame prior tenants), the freezer ice maker didn't work, one bedroom didn't have electricity or ceiling fan, and the air conditioner couldn't quite keep up (it ran constantly). The municipal airport nearby has small planes passing over the property all day--kind of neat and not too loud. Overall a fine rental.

Clean ,good privacy and location. 2of the beds were too high and dining seating uncomfortable bedside rug not good on bare feet. Electric issues in one of the bedrooms. But was well stocked the pool was great but deck furniture not good.

Great for get togethers

We stayed Easter weekend and hosted Easter at the house. The house worked out perfect for our festivities and it’s 3 minutes from the casino if you like that. Only thing that was a bummer was the pool wasn’t open until May 1st.

Peace and quiet

My Trip

Everything was perfect. Nice house and VERY CLEAN. Property 55 acres pretty and nice for walks. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming rental home for a weekend, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully maintained, spotless, and offers all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—secluded enough for peace and quiet, but close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with a deck looking out over the pool and lovely views. We spent our mornings drinking coffee outside, enjoying the serene atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a restful and enjoyable retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place!

We live in OKC but are from the area and had to come back for a funeral. This place was exactly as listed and in a great location. The wonderful outdoor area gave us a space to play in the pool and unwind. Very clean home and great location. Highly recommend. The only downsides were the lawn being highly overgrown in the backyard which made for lots of insect activity by the pool and the ceiling fans and vents had a large amount of dust. Just FYI for cleaners and lawn maintenance but otherwise perfect!

Great Stay in Oklahoma

Kaine and Lesa are great hosts! We enjoyed another trip to Oklahoma and look forward to our next trip. Home is as described on VRBO. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend and will book again!
