THE SPACE

The Magnolia BE-Hive offers:

- A spacious home accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably (recommend a mix of adults and kids)

- King bed in the master bedroom, plus a full bed and trundle in a second bedroom

- A fun and expansive upstairs loft with a 55" Smart Fire TV and board games

- Social media worthy Magnolia BE-Hive faux plant wall

- Private, fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and string lights

- Fully-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove, air fryer, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers

- High-speed WiFi and dedicated workspace for remote workers

- In-home laundry with a new washer and dryer

- The home can accommodate up to 6 people, but we recommend a mix between adults and children for the most comfortable stay. There is an additional fee for more than 4 guests - please enter the correct number of guests when booking for accurate pricing.

ROOMS & AMENTITIES:

Master Bedroom:
Relax in our master suite featuring a comfortable hybrid King bed and an en-suite full bathroom with fantastic water pressure. A large closet and a mounted 43" Smart Roku TV complete the space.

Second Bedroom:
This cozy room is perfect for a small family or group with a comfy full-sized memory foam bed and a trundle with two twin memory foam mattresses. It includes a 24" Smart Roku TV, dresser, and a full bathroom right next door.

Upstairs Loft/3rd Bedroom:
Our unique loft space is a guest favorite! With almost 500 sq ft, it's a great second living area, a kids' hangout, or a third private sleeping area. It features a large 55" Smart Fire TV, board games, and a love seat that converts to a twin bed. Please note: the loft tends to be warmer than the downstairs.

Kitchen & Dining:
You'll love our kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in. Enjoy group meals at our beautiful wood table for six, and take advantage of the 5-burner gas stove, air fryer, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to your own private retreat. The fenced-in backyard offers the perfect ambiance with string lights, a patio dining set, a fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ grill. We even provide outdoor games for some extra fun!

Additional note:
We love hosting long-term guests! To ensure our home stays pristine for everyone, we have a few extra policies:

- For stays longer than 7-10 days, a mid-stay cleaning may be required at your cost.

- Bookings over 30 days may require a security deposit and a separate short-term rental agreement.

Guest access
Our guests will be able to access the whole home except for the two closets upstairs, the closet in the kitchen, and the shed in the backyard, which contains our own personal items and cleaning supplies. Please do not enter the emergency tornado shelter unless there is a tornado warning.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Property & Parking

This is a two-story home. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire second floor is a private, open loft that serves as the third bedroom.

For your safety and ours, the property has an external camera system compliant with VRBO policies.

We have a long driveway that fits multiple cars and there is free street parking. Please do not park oversized vehicles or trailers in the driveway to protect the landscaping.

Policies & Cleaning

A professional cleaning service thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the home between each guest's stay. The cleaning fee directly covers this service.

By booking, you agree to abide by all house rules. We require a minimum booking age of 28.

Guests must provide the names of all individuals staying. We may also request additional verification, such as an ID or a signed contract, after booking.
