Huge Ski In/ Ski Out Condo!!

Welcome to Purgatory Ski Resort and welcome to the Eolus Lookout. This unit is the ultimate ski-in/ski-out luxury property boasting five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a huge outdoor living space. Three of the five bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms and balconies.

Purgatory Ski Resort is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of the San Juan Mountains. We are located 22 miles south of Silverton, and 28 miles north of downtown Durango. Purgatory is the perfect location for year-round fun.

This luxury condominium is a perfect place to make some great family memories. The unit features a large living space, huge gourmet chef's kitchen, and three master suites. The unit overlooks the resort.

AMENITIES INCLUDE:
• Updated unit with a huge ready to cook-in chef's kitchen
• 6 smart TVs- one in living room and one in each bedroom
• Three master suites with private bathrooms and balconies
• Wood burning fireplace in great room (firewood included)
• Huge balcony overlooking Purgatory Ski Resort plus balconies off three of the bedrooms- patio furniture included
• Wireless internet
• Bath towels, pool towels and linens
• 2 covered parking spaces and elevator to the sixth floor
• Hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash

PROPERTY AMENITIES INCLUDE:

• Option for Purgatory heated pool, hot tubs and fitness center for an additional 4% charge- not included in the charge.

Please be aware this property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in our family.

**This property is intended for the sole purpose of transient lodging and is not intended to be utilized as a residence**

Please know we are taking special steps in preparing our home for your arrival including following recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the protocols laid out by the CDC using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay.

Great location and plenty big enough for our family vacation. 6 adults and 2 children had loads of fun and plenty of room to play games or sit and read! The hot tub was great for early mornings and after hiking. This was our second stay and hope to return soon!

Excellent Condo

We were fortunate enough to stay in this excellent property which met every need you would want for a vacation near the slopes! Tons of room, easy access to amenities, kitchen very spacious and the views were outstanding. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot!

We had skiers age range 6 yrs old to adults. This condo is perfect. Plenty of space and we loved the hot tub. Easy access to the mountain and skiing! Kitchen had all we needed and spacious bedrooms too.

Christmas Getaway with the Family

This is the second time we have stayed and we had a wonderful time. There was a few cleanliness issues this time around. When we arrived the kitchen sink was full of dirty mop water and the dishwasher had grimy build up where you plce the detergent. The showers in the master bathrooms do not drain so you have to stand in several inches of water while you shower. Other than those things we had a amazing time and will stay again next year. mas stand in a few inches of water.

This place was better than what the pictures and ratings prepared us for. Communication with the owner was instant. The condo was immaculate. The setup for access to and from couldnt have been better. Plenty of hot water and facilities for the 8 of us (all adult). The views from the condo have to be the best anywhere. Amazing!

We will definitely be returning to this location! The view alone is spectacular. We had nine 3 year-old children and a 3 yr old. Nothing better than having a bathroom in every bedroom! We were ready to go early to be able to experience all of the adventures! Rhonda, our host, is amazing.💞 You get to park directly next to the elevator, so it was easy to get all of our heavy things up to the room! The hot tub at night is absolutely spectacular! The stars, the moon! It is just what we needed! The kitchen is perfect for groups! Plenty of seating for dining. If there was only one drawback, it would be the TVs in the room. I will not take a star off for that because who needs a TV when you’re in that kind of atmosphere?!. It was hard to get the streaming to work. We had children so they wanted to watch TV. We figured it out and just cast for the littles. A big thank you to Rhonda, who is so responsive and helpful!

Great condo

Had a great time here, right on the slopes, used hot tub every day after skiing. Would stay again. Only suggestion would be to update the pots/pans; most of them had nonstick coating flaking off so we didn't cook in as much as we would have like to. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We have wanted to go back to Purgatory Resort go a while, and for our family this unit was perfect! 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for everybody. The deck is huge, and we spent every evening in the hot tub. Our grandkids range in age from 3 to 7 and they always had plenty to do. The lifts, slide, and coaster were fun. We hope to be back there soon!

Perfect place for a large family

This condo will take your breath away. Very large well appointed condo. Three master bedrooms plus two xtra rooms. The large kitchen and living room with beautiful views of the mountains. Loved the large patio with a private hot tub. Our group definitely had no complaints about our stay. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing break.
