This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 1A) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The condo features a cocktail arcade game (With 60 classic games), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles (garage height is 7'6").

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Durango condo

The condo was clean and well appointed. We did have to buy some supplies as was mentioned in the listing. The managers were very communicative and gave us lots of information by email. They were very responsive to the tv not working. We contacted them by email after hours and they responded almost immediately. They sent someone out early the next morning to resolve the problem. We were able to walk to many restaurants.

The apartment is very nice and in a wonderful location, near Main street, the railroad, and great restaurants. Apparently, the dryer was still not working but they fixed it midweek. The other issue was the person above us was continually playing music, giving music lessons, or something to that effect during the day and into the evening. Thus, it was a little noisy at times. Interestingly, we could not hear any Street noise at all. It was just the person in the apartment above.

Very nice property. Great location. Very close to downtown and lots of restaurants. My only complaint is the check-in process to get in was a little complicated in the communication but called the property manager and everything worked out. The other thing is the dryer isn't working which I'm going to email them and let them know

Excellent Location!

The location is perfect for a stay in Durango. Centrally located within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were a party of six ladies. It was hard with only two bathrooms, but we made it work. The biggest issue was with keyless entry. We did not rent a vehicle, so the garage entry was not needed but that was the only way into the building. Could not use the front entry. We had to walk down the alley to enter the building. It is also time to replace the comforters on the beds. Overall, we had a great time as usual!

Excellent location but low quailty management

It has a nice house, and an excellent location, but the directions won't get you to the unit. Don't bother asking for an early check-in either as management doesn't care if the unit was vacant the night before or if 4 PM is late for you. After 20 minutes of trying to find the front door, management explained we were frustrated from the drive and that they had 70 other people to deal with, so we got a 4:30 check-in and the 4th door code, to get in, wouldn't work.

Great place with lots of rooms and perfect walkable location

We had several adults in our party. Often rental places that sleep 6 have a bunk bed or two. What adult wants to sleep in a bunk bed?! This place had three bedrooms with proper beds. The one downside is you need three codes to get into the rental. Besides having everyone in your party memorize all the codes, two of the codes didn't work when we arrived. The property manager helped us get into the unit, but the elevator code never worked. We could go around through the lobby but it was a pain to haul our luggage up from the basement parking through the lobby.Besides the code problems, this place was perfect!

Place is in a great location, the family enjoyed the ability to park and walk everywhere we need to go. The security of the place allowed us to sleep well. Place was very clean. Only worry we had to watch is the stove top. Nobs, two of them are broken and need to be replaced. Making it hard to tell if the stove was on or offf.

Fantastic condo with the perfect location

We appreciated thecondo’s wonderful proximity to downtown Durango and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The two designated parking spaces in the secure garage and the elevator access to the unit offered us safe, convenient location for our vehicles and access to the unit. The linens were spotless and plentiful, and the ladies were impressed with the welcome packs of Aveda products. We made use of the convenient washer/dryer stackables, and our eleven-year-old grandson delighted in beating his grandfather in the arcade games. What more could we have needed? Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was nice. The location is great. There are a couple of things that should be attached to. One or more of the stove knobs is broken, which makes using some of the burners unsafe. There is at least one of the kitchen pullouts that is broken. The freezer smelled like fish. Please stoke tissues for the house. We had one partial box. We still had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future.
