Completely Updated Condo with Mountain Views - Heated Pool- Stunning Views!

Our 1,910 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 40) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with comfortable furnishings, beautiful finishes, 2 decks, and cozy living and dining space. There is also a loft living area upstairs with a TV and pull out sofa (Double).

The condo is a great family mountain escape with a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), a large private deck and amazing views. The condo is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere.

Master Bedroom- King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs)
2nd Bedroom - Double (Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Twin over full) (Upstairs)
Loft - Pull Out Sofa (Double) with TV (Upstairs)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailers are not allowed.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts) and a ski shuttle to Purgatory.

Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Our favorite place to stay when we go to Durango. It was our 3rd time staying here and we will never stay anywhere else because we love it so much. It’s so clean, has the most beautiful view and has everything we need! Love that there’s a fireplace, a workout room and the kids love the tennis courts, pool and hot tubs. Also nice that there’s a grill on the patio.Thanks for letting us stay here again! We can’t wait till our next trip!

Perfect ski week

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and skied Purgatory. We took the shuttle every day. The house was beautiful, spotless and perfect for big meals at home and lounging after skiing. Would definitely stay again.

Our Favorite Condo in Colorado!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it for our family. Great kitchen and living room, an awesome loft play area for our kids, a bunk bed room our kids love, and THE BEST view! Also love how responsive the owners are and willing to do anything to make our stay the best it can be. We will definitely back!

Ski trip

We loved this rental property! Perfect for our group of 6, ages 2-60. Close to Purgatory ski resort and room for the kids to play behind the condo. Management was quick to help when we couldn’t get into the condo with the passcode and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Purgatory!

Beautiful Location

The condo is located right in the mountains, with beautiful views. Close to Purgatory Ski Resort, on the highway between Durango and Silverton. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six. Plenty of activities on site for the kids. The management was wonderful, responding promptly to our request for a blender. They brought us a brand new one, still in the box. All in all, it was a great week.

Spring Break 22

We enjoyed this property very much. Check in was very simple and the keyless access simplified things. The place is very clean and in great shape. Kitchen was great for preparing breakfast and dinner some nights. The WiFi was excellent! It was more than sufficient for our kiddos to stream movies while I worked in the evenings. No buffering and long download times. Two thumbs-up on the WiFi. We read the previous comments about the hot water - we simply staggered our shower times and had no issues at all. Overall this is a very comfortable place for two adults and 3 kiddos. (13,11, and 9). This place could easily sleep 4 adults and 3-4 smaller kiddos. Wonderful place, would go again

This is a wonderful condo, well appointed and with great views. Only one serious problem was the large hot water heater that would only give two quick showers before running out. I believe the lower element was not working so we got maybe 15 gallons of water. I called the host company and they said they would fix it. They never did so we just took showers in shifts. A minor problem were the blinds screening the fantastic view outside. The could not be raised depriving us of the wonderful Mountain View and felling trapped inside. Other than those two issues the condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

Awesome condo!

We had the best time staying here! It’s such a beautiful condo and it had every amenity we could possibly need! Plus the property manager was super helpful with any questions we had. The layout was great for our family of 4 and my parents with the split level layout of bedrooms. We can’t wait to come stay again in the future!
