Enjoy your stay in this gorgeous cabin style condo conveniently located Durango In Town. Only 2 miles to historic downtown with local restaurants and shops, across the road from Fort Lewis College and Hillcrest Golf Course. Mountain biking and hiking trails are right from your door step. Onsite amenities include hot-tub, pool, sauna, clubhouse and BBQ area.

* This 2 bd 2 bth condo sleeps up to six people with queen beds in each bedroom and queen pull out sofa in the living room. Two steps down from the entrance area leads into spacious living room where you will find a wood burning fireplace for perfect mountain ambiance (firewood provided), comfortable couches, stunning handmade mountain wall art with light remote and other rustic décor elements. Enjoy your favorite show or music on 55” TV with richly detailed sonos sound system.
* Gather with your family and friends in the roomy dining and fully stocked kitchen areas. Rest on comfortable soft cabin-themed quilt sets in both bedrooms.
* Working on this vacation or just need to check your e-mail? The condo is equipped with high speed wi-fi. Our wi-fi is secured to this unit only, not shared with other units.
*Cuddle with your significant other while watching the sun dip behind mountains on the private front porch.

✅Our home is equipped with all the amenities you could ask for including Internet, flat TVs with fire sticks, motioned censored lights, family-friendly games, washer & dryer, etc, all for your comfortable stay in this beautiful area.

✅Outdoor spaces: after a day on mountains or enjoying the great outdoors, relax in on-site amenities such as a hot-tub, sauna, pool, community BBQ area with gathering space. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool.

✅Guest access: this is your private condo, you have the entire place. Parking is included, right in front of the Condo. Additional exterior storage for your winter equipment or toys is located on the front porch.

✅Single level condo. Sunken living room with 2 steps below the main level. Indemnification: By making this reservation Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Homeowners and Property Manager free and harmless from any claim or liability for personal injury or property damage or loss sustained by Guest or any Guest’s invitee.

The home was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved all the windows and felt like we were staying in a treehouse! The home was clean and well cared for. We appreciated the seasonal soaps, lotions, and decorations. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was easy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location and very nice condo! It was so nice to be able to vacation with longtime friends and not have to stay in two hotel rooms. This place was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and clean. Exactly as advertised. Everything works well in the kitchen, plenty of hot water. Little things like plenty of hand soap and lotions at sinks are appreciated, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap in baths. Well appointed rooms, love the back-lighted picture in living room that respond to motion. Responsive owner quickly answered question. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Nice layout of the apartment. Good beds, pillows, toiletries, refrigerator partially stocked, coffee/tea. Overall very clean except for a couple dishes and pieces of silverware that had been put away dirty. 17 steps to get to the apartment. (Info not included in VRBO description.) Room air conditioner for living/dining and kitchen area not adequate to cool the whole area. One hair dryer which didn’t work. Pool could not be used. Landlord offered a reduction in our rent to compensate, which we appreciated. Landlord was responsive and kind.

Adequate 70’s Unit

Unit is in a complex that may have been built in 1970’s. Unit is dark with little light available thru windows due to trees or juxtaposition of neighboring units steps and walkways. Location was convenient. A few items have been updated in unit. Host contact was very available and helpful. TV instructions could be improved but if not just use only the FirestickCleanliness of showers, windows could be improved. Overall a rating of Adequate for our needs

Everything we needed

The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed for our brief stay. I appreciated the labels on all the light switches, and the fresh flowers. This was our first stay in this unit, but third stay in the complex. This unit was much more accessible than the others, only about 15 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Once inside, the only steps were a couple down to the sunken family room. So, if you like the complex but are averse to stairs, this is a good choice.

Nice Location

Was a very nice condo and very clean. Lots of amenities and the jacuzzi was used frequently. Enjoyed that the Durango city bus stop was right out front and was a very short ride to and from city central and bus fares were less expensive then parking. Would stay again.

Older condo good space in great location

Easy access to downtown, parks and tour companies. Lots of space to spread out. Parts of the condo had been updated but other parts really needed some attention. No kleenex was available, towels were worn, and there wasn’t much silverware. But the space worked for our needs and the price was reasonable.
