  • Ground floor, remodeled studio in the heart of historic downtown Durango in the Jarvis Condos. 1/2 block from Main Avenue. The studio has a full modern kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a queen bed, A/C, internet, Smart TV, and a dedicated off-street parking spot. The historic Jarvis Building has onsite coin-operated laundry, a secure entrance, a fenced outdoor shared patio, and a downtown Durango historic feel!

    Step into a quaint space where comfort meets convenience. The cozy bedroom and well-appointed bathroom create a delightful retreat after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy climate control with heating and AC, making every season comfortable. Small touches like a hair dryer and iron add ease to your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this condo offers a perfect home base.
    The studio is in an historic building in downtown Durango within walking distance to excellent locally-owned restaurants, shops, galleries, nightlife, cafes, and public transportation!

    Early check-in requests and late check-outs are considered for a $50 fee. Contact the host to inquire if the unit is available for early check-in or late check-out. Use of the parking spot outside of the check-in and check-out times is also subject to a fee.

    The condo is located in the heart of downtown Durango. You will hear outside noise while in the street level condo at night, on weekends and holidays, and during any festivals that are happening in town during your stay. The district can be lively! There is a white noise machine and disposable ear plugs in the closet inside the unit. The studio is in a historic building with historic building sounds. You will hear the door at the main entrance opening and closing. You may hear noise from the unit upstairs. The building is old (the condo is modern!), so associated noises will occur.

    You will have the entire studio to yourselves along with access to a shared outdoor patio.

    Guests can check in and check out on their own. The process is very simple! However, I am available by phone and will happily offer assistance and answer questions when needed.

I did not have app set up on my trip. Luck maintenance person was there help me check in. He call her and got me in condo. I will have app set up next time. Room and everything was great. Had great time . Owner call to make everything was going fine. Location workout great for my trip along with parking . I hope to use her again on my next trip. Thanks for everything.

The stay was great, location is very good close to everything. The only thing it could use is room darkening shades, the street lights flood in pretty badly room doesn’t get dark enough for me. All else was great!!!

Property was very clean and well maintained. The bathtub/shower was so clean I even considered taking a bath! The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The location was perfect if you want to be right downtown and able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and Durango/Silverton Train. On our Saturday night stay it was a little loud from the entertainment across the street. Sunday night was quiet and peaceful. It had a nice studio kitchen but we did not use it. The host was very easy to reach and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

This unit is very cute and sufficiently provisioned for a couple. It is on the main floor and easy to access. Street noise was not really an issue but as an old (historic) building, you can sometimes hear the person a floor above walking around in the evening. Ear plugs are provided! I really loved how close the unit is to Main St where I spent most of my time (no car). Also, the grocery store is very close. The host is very responsive to questions. I would stay here again, no question!

Four and a half stars for sure! The host was very responsive. The studio is in an excellent location near the Main Street. Parking was very convenient- we parked close by and walked everywhere during our stay. The building is historic and really very cool.The studio was well appointed. We did have a hard time sleeping as the people upstairs were up talking super late and we could hear everyone coming and going. The second night we heard the base from a speaker in a bar nearby. There is a sound machine and ear plugs provided, but we were still kept up. Otherwise- I would give it 5 stars!
