Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños (Unidad 106) está ubicado en Peregrine Point, que es el edificio más nuevo en Purgatory Resort. El condominio está ubicado en el lado norte del edificio y ofrece increíbles vistas a la montaña.

Camine a través de la plaza principal para acceder cómodamente a restaurantes, alquileres de esquís, tiendas de delicatessen y excelentes tiendas, así como al elevador principal de alta velocidad, Purgatory Express, hasta la cima de la montaña.

El condominio está decorado con muebles de alta gama y la cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y utensilios de cocina completos para preparar excelentes comidas. La sala de estar principal cuenta con una chimenea de gas, TV de pantalla plana y una terraza para disfrutar de las excelentes vistas. El dormitorio principal tiene una chimenea de gas y los dos dormitorios tienen un televisor y un reproductor de DVD.

El condominio también cuenta con una lavadora y secadora y un estacionamiento seguro y calentado.

Por una tarifa de resort opcional del 4%, tendrá acceso al Durango Mountain Club, que incluye una piscina climatizada al aire libre con tobogán, jacuzzi al aire libre y gimnasio. La tarifa de resort del 4% incluida en la cotización es la tarifa de resort requerida que se debe pagar y no permite el acceso al Durango Mountain Club. Al hacer la reserva, solo avise si desea que se agregue un 4% adicional de tarifa de resort.

This condo was clean and a great location to slopes. It had a starter set of everything we needed as far as toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper. We did have trouble with thermostat, it was warm in there at times. Even if we turned the heat down it stayed warmer than we set it to. We think it may have something to do with the building. The hallway between all of the condos was so hot.

This condo is in a great location near the Purgatory resort. The layout and kitchen are nice for a family. The listing described it as recently remodeled, however the carpet was worn/ torn in several places and some of the furniture looked worn as well. We would have been fine with it but we could never get the temperature below 82 degrees! We understand there is no air conditioning, but even with windows open and box fans strategically placed, we could not get it cooler. It was even worse for the second bedroom which had no windows at all. The unit faces the highway which is quite noisy so you have to decide which is worse, overheating or listening to traffic all night with windows open. This unit is probably much better suited for a winter stay. We contacted the property manager and they were willing to work with us and move us to another unit which was higher up on the mountain and much quieter / cooler.

This is a great condo. Walk across the street and up the stairs And you are in the main plaza with the ticket office, restaurants, and ski lifts. Nice large living room with great views, 2nd bedroom has no windows. Nicely stocked kitchen but could use all new pots and pans. Even had a few kids plastic cups and plates. Parking close to the door but guests do not have access to underground parking.

The place suited our needs. The outdoor furniture could be replaced, and there were other items inside that were showing their age. Our biggest annoyance was not knowing beforehand that the amenities of Purgatory Resort would not be open during our stay. This left us having to head the 20+ miles into Durango for everything.

We have stayed in this building many times. It is convenient and the underground parking is a real plus. This was our first time in 106. It is one of the smaller 2 bdrms and the master lacks the fireplace found in some other 2 bdrm units at Peregrine Point. The 2nd bedroom has no windows. That wasn’t a problem for us but others might find it a bit claustrophobic. Those notes aside, it is perfectly adequate except for the sofa in the living room. Hard as a rock, it is the most uncomfortable seating I’ve ever experienced in years of renting ski condos. If you’re looking to stretch out on a comfortable sofa while watching a movie, this is not the place to do it! I hope the owners will remedy this soon as otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay.

The condo was nicely furnished and the location right across from the ski area with beautiful views of the mountains. Close to many hikes and Durango train is a must! We chose to use the pool/hot tub and sunbathed at about 8800 ft elevation. Highly recommend!

No ac in unit. There were 4 oscillation fans going constantly. We had to leave the front door open since there was AC in the hallway but door is right by stairs so people always walking by. The balcony has sun directly on it in the morning so if you want to sit out and enjoy your coffee bring your sunglasses. No pizza pan and what pans that are there are burnt and not very clean. No cutting board in unit. Most dishes were not very clean in the cabinets so we washed everything prior to use. Twin bedroom has no windows and was extremely hot the entire time even with 2 fans going.

I’m sure this place is great for ski season, when things are open. Everything closed the weekend before we arrived, so just make sure of that before you book. A heads up, the condo is VERY hot. It was 79 inside degrees all day. The only way to cool it down is to open all the doors and blow the cool air in with fans. This wasn’t pleasant for us because a wildfire started the day we arrived, so it was very hot and very smoky inside. Completely not the fault of the condo of course! Just be aware that it will be extremely hot unless it’s winter. The first day we were in the condo, I stepped on a piece of glass that was on the floor and bled pretty bad. Again, not the condo owners fault, maybe the housekeeping vacuum just didn’t pick it up, unfortunately for me. Overall it was a great condo. Beautiful view.

So easy to check in via app and open door with key codes. Beautiful location and super clean. Very well stocked and kitchen had everything you could need. Great experience except the room never got below 78 degrees. We rode trails all day every day so I sent a message after the first day and never heard back. I would go earlier in the summer if your going to ride . The views were amazing! I would definitely stay here again just not this late in the summer months.

Perfect place for the 4 of us. Wish the second bedroom had a window, but the fan did keep it cool in there over night. Master bed is extremely comfortable. They’re we’re Roku romotes but no Roku, so that was a touch confusing.
