Located within a short walk of the ski slopes of Purgatory Resort, this vacation rental is great for groups who plan to spend a lot of time on the mountain, whether skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking. The shops and restaurants of the resort itself are can easily be reached on foot, while the city of Durango is less than 30 miles south.

After a long day on the mountain, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to help you prepare a hearty, home-cooked meal.

From the dining area, step out onto the private balcony. A gas grill is available if anyone in your group wants to show off their barbecuing skills. There's also a small table and two chairs, making this a prime location to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The area around Purgatory Resort is an outdoor enthusiast's dream come true. In the winter, you'll have access to 1,360 acres of a snowy wonderland, perfect for downhill skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
