Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. We had a problem with the SMART lock. I believe the battery on the unit died or the unit malfunctioned. This prevented us from locking the rental anytime when we departed. The SMART LOCK ALSO would not lock using a key. We left the property several times without locking the unit, leaving our personal property and the unit property at risk. VACASA said the door lock was fixed, but on departure the lock was still not functioning. Lastly, I believe the coffee maker plastic insert to hold the filter is from a different maker. It does not properly fit the coffee maker. This prevented the use of the coffee maker. I would look at this to make sure the next rental does not make a mess. Property otherwise was clean and as expected.
