Large newly updated condo in close proximity to town and summer adventures!

  • Located half way between the town of Durango and Purgatory ski lodge. This is a beautiful completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, that sleeps 10 comfortably. The bedrooms feature 1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, and one sleeper sofa. All beds have quality tempurpedic style memory foam matresses. There are 3 full size bathrooms remodeled with granite countertops and plenty of towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with pots, pans, utencils, and dining ware. The dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. There is a gas grill and lounge chairs on the patio ready for you to take in the amazing views.

    Additional features of the condo include ceramic floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms and loft. The condo includes 2 new hot water tanks in order to ensure plenty of hot water throughout your stay. For entertainment purposes, there is one 55 inch flat screen tv in the main living area and 40 inch flat screens in the bedrooms. High speed internet is available with an upload speed of 4Mb.

    During winter months, there is snow removal from the parking lot.

    Guest have access to 2 parking spaces as well as the facilities of Tamarron lodge. The Valley fitness center and pool adjoins the south end of the main lodge at Tamarron. The facility includes a restaurant/bar, a full state of the art fitness facility (complete with full cardio, weights, and classes), an indoor lap pool, a year round heated pool, and a hot tub. The facility also houses a relaxing massage and spa service center. An outdoor play ground and fire pits are available for your enjoyment. Tennis is available with a 1 day advanced sign up with no court fee.

    The mountain views are amazing and magnificent from every window in the condo. Durango offers year round adventures. Our guests now have the ability to play Glacier Club’s Valley course at a discounted rate of $135 for 18 holes with a cart. The Valley course is an 18 hole course at the Tamarron Resort offering world class golf at 7,400 feet above sea level. This course is currently only open to members and Tamarron guests staying in the “designated” golf room. Additional details will be provided upon request.

Awesome place

Location was perfect, between Durango and Purgatory ski resort. Resort has pool and fitness center that were awesome and sleeping arrangements were great. Plenty of room, very comfortable.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had all the expected amenities plus more and was very spacious. The only problem we had was locating the unit in the middle of the night when we first arrived.

Family vaca

The owners really put thought into what makes it comfortable for guests. The beds are super comfortable and they had plenty of extra pillows that were great quality. Our stay was very comfortable. The indoor pool was pretty cold and outdoor pool had alot of mosquitos but that was our only complaint. Check in and out was very simple.

Wonderful spot

The location of the property is perfect. You have access to the mountains to the north and Durango to the south. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and the Hermosa Cliffs was so relaxing. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. I highly recommend.

Best stay ever!

This has been our best vacation ever! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was lots of room for our family to spread out. The heated pools and workout area were a huge bonus! The check-in procedure was easiest I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. This condo was even better than we expected from the description. The grounds were beautiful covered with snow. The kids had a blast sledding and making snowmen! It was between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort, so it was very convenient for all of our activities.

Overall a nice place but description leaves out a major detail

We had a nice time at this condo overall. The one thing that was very misleading about this place was the fact that the guests staying in the master bedroom upstairs have to walk through the loft bedroom to get to their bedroom. Imagine your in laws walking through you and your husband’s bedroom every morning while you’re still asleep. That really should be mentioned in the online details. Another minor irritation was that there were only 6 dinner plates in the kitchen. We had 7 adults and one 17 year old. Why have a unit that sleeps at least 10 and only 6 big plates? I will say that we had did have a problem when we first got there with missing kitchen towels and the owner was very quick to respond and fix the situation so that was appreciated.

Very accommodating and convenient!

Great unit! So much space for our group of 7- plus some, stocked great, awesome location to many things, and the pool was used well by the kids. We would love to visit Durango again, such a break from the Texas summer!

The property had everything we needed for two families and is in a great location. Our only problem was that we arrived at 4:00 pm on a very hot day and the air conditioning was not on. The units temperature was 78 degrees and did not cool down until 12 hours later. All of us had a poor nights sleep.

Amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Our kids were asking when we could come back to stay in the exact same place before we even checked out! Super easy checkin, convenient location to everything, extremely clean, well stocked. Our winter trip was excellent and now we are looking forward to a summer trip here as well!

Great stay at beautifully updated condo

This Tamarron 3 bed 3 bath has been tastefully updated. Views of the mountains and golf course with wild turkey family strolling by. Everything we needed. We mostly used the kitchen to make breakfast before heading out for the day. If you have mobility issues be aware that due to the slope of the land you have several steps to reach the entrance. The condo has one bed and one bathroom downstairs. That bath has a great walk-in shower apparently recently updated. There are two beds and baths upstairs. The master upstairs can be a separate lock off room. The second upstairs bedroom is actually a loft that over looks the living room. It has lowered doors to make it more private. Nice condo would stay again
