"Location is a little bit out of town so you have to drive into town and pay for parking which is a hassle for me because I’m handicapped and parking is very difficult for me, other than the train ride and dining there is not really much to do in Durango. The usual tourist traps are everywhere so I moved on to Grand Canyon the next day."

"Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed."

"The location was great and breakfast was good, provided the normal staff is on duty to make it and not having to deal with some meth-head rubbish.
The staff does the best they can, which is clear. However, the toilet and air conditioner in the room were obviously beyond repair as neither functioned properly even after being attended to. Given what is charged each night, whether or not it’s worth it is truly a question.
To whomever is selecting this location, do not accept a room without...
