River Retreats/Anglers Paradise

Country setting, that is away from all the city noises. FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would need to use the golf cart with the kayak trailer to drop in at the neighborhood ramp, about a 5 min or 10 min walk from the home, and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. If you choose to transport the kayaks, The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10 min away. We provide “FREE” passes to the KP Hole also, county park that’s on the Rainbow River. You can bring your own boat, and drop them there for free with our passes as well. Also “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining. FREE use of the golf cart, kid and pet friendly.

“Pets need pre approval for insurance”, extra pets are prorated, crates provided. No unregistered guests allowed due to insurance reasons, no smoking, no events and no parties, TIA!

We strive to give our guests a great experience and additional guests on the reservation are an additional cost for a minimum stay for use of the property and any amenities.

We have posted rules around the property to assist you in understanding how we like to have things maintained and keep the wear tear minimal also for your enjoyment and safety.
