Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S'mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Unit S is a spacious one bedroom with an open floor plan and an inviting front porch seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!
    This is a friendly community of other vacationers just like you.
    *Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
    *Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
    *Please no open flames in the units
    *Please no parties
    *Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
    *Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
    *Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
    *If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
    *All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
    *Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
    *There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

It was beautiful inside but sheets & towels need to be replaced, they were pretty worn Also, the shower was very slippery once it got wet. Overall, it was very nice & convenient.

Rainbow River

Cute bungalow, close to KP Hole. Perfect location for our kayaking trip. Also close to bike paths through the greenway, on the old golf course. We always enjoy our stay at Rainbow River Bungalows.

Great location

This is a great location with a 5 min walk to KP hole. You get guaranteed access passes with your stay as well. The bungalow was very clean. The common areas were great. We would stay again.

We enjoyed it so much!

We loved it there, it was amazing, going Kayaking was amazing, the only small aspect I didn’t like is the couch that turns into a bed, it had a lot of dirt that we had to clean before using the bed, but other than that everything was amazing! Highly recommended!

After Initial Hiccup

Once we figured out which cabin we were in things went excellently. Excellent communication. Beautiful setting. The only improvement I'd make is either put a fan in the ceiling of the porch or have a box fan in the unit to take out and put on the porch.

Dirty

Great location and overall nice, small home but it was extremely dirty. Wet laundry left in the washer, the sheets had dirt on them, couch and sofa bed were dirty, shower floor, microwave filthy and the floors. I had to sweep right after I arrived and there was so much dirt and sand on the floor. Also had to wash the sheets. Super disappointing. Definitely need better cleaning.
