This Home on a 35 ft Bluff and is located on the River where the Rainbow River & Withlacoochee River Meets. This main home sleeps 4 people
The home has Wi-Fi/Internet & Cable TV.
The Home has a Large Deck with Outdoor Gas & Charcoal Grill W/ a great View of the Withlacoochee River. There is access from Property to the River and access to nearby attractions, Rainbow Springs State Park, /K-P Hole with day Trips Kayaking and Tubing down the Rainbow River. There is Boating and Fishing on the Withlacoochee and is the perfect spot for your next Sunshine State getaway. several Restaurants on the River where you can drive up your Boat to have a meal & possible Entertainment. There is a Dock on property.
There is a Boat & Kayaking Rental place right next Door.

Heavenly

Located on a bluff above the river, the peace and the views are unsurpassed. The home is charming and has a great blend of older architecture and modern conveniences. Sad to leave, will always remember.

Beautiful property

Everything was perfect the property was comfortable and perfect for what we wanted on the river. Less than a 5 min paddle to the end of rainbow river with crystal clear water and a beautiful view of nature at its best. We also rented a pontoon at a place less than 2 min down the river and went on a boat ride on the withlachoochee river which was so much wildlife to see and the beautiful houses up and down the river. Our favorite place to eat was less than a five in drive or a five min walk called the Blue Gator we eat here every year huge portions and the food is the best in the area. The owners of the property were very helpful and greet you upon arrival which is nice because they give you a tour and explain everything to you. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Christmas in Dunellon

Had a great time in this vintage home on a bluff overlooking the river. The location is in the heart of Dunellon and the hosts were great.

A Florida Refuge

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at this older but charming home. Jennifer was very welcoming and met us at the house to go over everything. The house is very private with a nice big deck overlooking the river. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kayaking the Rainbow River was a highlight and the shuttle was right next door to the house. We would definitely recommend this property. It was fun to explore the area and not have to deal with the crowds that other areas of Florida experience this time of year and really enjoyed being on the river and watching all the boating activity and bird watching...A real gem.

Tranquil retreat on the River

Very private, beautiful view of the Withlacoochee River. Could hear some traffic from busy highway but evenings quiet. Close to shops and restaurants, walking/biking trails. Large deck to enjoy the views of river and boat traffic.

Wonderful River View

This was an absolutely wonderful home! It was a charming original Florida house with anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and true to the description. We especially enjoyed the private surroundings, sitting overlooking the River in the evenings! Jennifer and Alfred were always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much! Looking forward to another stay.

Quite Getaway

Just what we were looking for ! The house was true to the picture's ,my husband and I are country people , like quite area's. It really felt like home from the minute we stepped in the door ! Jennifer and Alfred were amazing staying in contact with us . We didn't need anything , but I did call Jennifer after about 3 days just to tell her how much we liked it there , Jennifer was like talking to a old friend . We rented a boat for a few days to explore the river and kayaked . If your looking to relax and leave all the stress from life this is the place to go !!!
