Sea Song on Juicy Hill, Short Walk to Pink Sands Beach

Sea Song is a 3 bedroom (plus a bonus room), 2 bath villa surrounded by beautiful natural flora. Sea Song is just a 2-minute walk or 30-second golf cart ride to our world-famous Pink Sands Beach. Sea Song is located a short walk from our excellent restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Returning home to the villa from being in town, you will be greeted by the property's natural beaty and peaceful seclusion. A lushly gardened entrance way leads to a stone path. Follow this path past the native garden, the fire pit, and the outdoor dining space to our beautiful outdoor lounge area.

Enter the house into the main living area with a sofa, chairs, and a flat-screen TV. (This sofa is a day bed that can sleep 1 guest.) The dining area seats 8. The modern kitchen has a gas range and all the amenities of home. We have an array of spices and cookware to accommodate even the most adventurous of chefs!

Also on the first floor are two bedrooms and one full bath. Each bedroom has a brand-new full-size bed and is luxuriously appointed with high-thread-count linens and individual AC controls. Attached to the downstairs bathroom is a washer and dryer.

Climb the stairs to the second floor and pass through the office, our dedicated workspace furnished with a desk. Beyond the office, enter the master suite, with its 20 ft high ceilings covered in reed for that warm island feel. The master has a new king-sized bed, luxurious linens, and comfortable furnishings. Attached the master is an ensuite bath with a beautiful claw foot tub and shower where you can soak after a day on the beach.

The bonus room is attached to the master, so you have to pass through the master to access this bedroom. If you count this bedroom, Sea Song has 4 bedrooms. The bonus room has two brand-new full beds with beautiful linens and its own AC controls.

Amenities at Sea Song include super-fast Starlink WIFI, smart TV, AC throughout, books and games, beach chairs, outdoor gas grill, backup water cistern and a whole-house backup generator.
