Bothan Beag - Your little house away from home!

Quiet, compact, fully self contained 3 bedroom dwelling with own private driveway, parking and peaceful, leafy outlook. 5 minute drive to Octagon. Decking area for sunny days. TV/DVD, free unlimited Wifi and office nook. Portacot available. Easy walk to NightNDay, fish n chip shop, liquor store and petrol station. Bus stop at end of street.
The space
Bothan Beag is your own private dwelling in a quiet neighbourhood with a country feel, yet very handy to the city. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, restful and comfortable "home away from home". You'll be surrounded by trees down your own separate driveway.
Other things to note
- There is a step up to the shower
- Whilst well equipped, the kitchenette is better geared towards basic meals (as there is not a full sized oven etc)
- We can accommodate up to six guests, but the unit is compact and the single beds in the third room may be less comfortable for "larger" adults!

Notice for larger groups, or winter guests... we have in the past had power overloads if too many appliances are running at the same time. Please be mindful of this, particularly when using the laundry facilities. If this does occur, the trip switch is up at the main house and we have an alarm system which will alert us to flick this back on for you.

Stayed one night while touring the South Island. House was in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was in a little need of updating but was nice enough for us to get a good night rest before we continued on our journey.

Lovely little place, 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, big bathroom with a lovely shower (roomy enough for two kids to shower together!). Very cost stay in August with the house staying very warm

Tranquility in Dunedin

a little gem tucked away in leafy suburbia. Cosy, modern cottage - fab space for the 2 of us. Comfy bed and great bathroom. As we do like to self cater, it would have been perfect if kitchen had, say, a glass mixing bowl and pyrex type dish for benchtop oven and microwave - oh, and a scourer for the pans!
