You have access to the entire property. Large Living area, second floor loft and two bedrooms, office / play room and master bedroom on first floor, patio, deck, fire table, and the dock.

Enjoy this peaceful LAKE FRONT home with stunning sunset views in the heart of the Finger Lakes on Waneta lake! The house is 8 minutes from Keuka and 15 min from Seneca so, it’s the best of both worlds! The area is quiet and the home is spacious with plenty of glass windows and amazing lake views. We have a dock to take a shot at catching some fish. (poles provided). **NOTE*.*. BE SURE TO WEAR WATER SHOES IN THE LAKE - razer muscles are very sharp.

The lake is 813 acres in size, 2.8 miles in length, and 29 feet deep at its deepest point. Consequently, small lakes like Waneta are more subject to changes in temperature, freezing over completely in the winter and heating up in the summer.
 
Waneta Lake is connected at its southern end to Lamoka Lake by a half-mile channel.

Waneta Lake offers a wide variety of recreational activities, including boating, swimming, windsurfing, skiing, canoeing/kayaking, birding, and photography in the summer to ice skating, ice sailing, and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing when snow is deep enough on the ice. What a great way to see the lake!
