Happy Daze: lake access on Keuka Lake, EV friendly

Hazy Daze is a great spot on Keuka's East Lake community! This home has 5 bedrooms with all of the bedrooms and living spaces arranged so that they have views of Keuka Lake. The home sits up on a slight knoll giving it a birds eye view of the lake below. With 20' of it's own private lakefront, dock, and pebble beach area, you'll be able to get in the water as well and not just enjoy the view of the lake from the house!

Walking in on the main floor, the living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.

There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor.

The Primary suite is on the main floor as well. This room is very spacious with a King size bed, Roku TV, and huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space.



The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks.



Happy Daze has 20' of private lakefront and beach area with a permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area. The pebble beach is great for wading, swimming, or kayaking.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee

**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. Only 10 guests at any time
**Parking for 4 vehicles only!!! NO EXCEPTIONS

**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable

**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking

**DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks and/or mooring facilities are adequate.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
