Summer Cottage - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4

This is a completely renovated stone cottage situated in the picturesque village of Trsteno, only 20 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik. This gorgeous traditional house offers a shaded terrace with a sea view and an outside dining table. The house spreads on two floors. The first floor consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped open space kitchen and one bathroom with a shower. The internal wooden staircase leads up to the second floor which consists of two bedrooms, both with double beds. The house also has a traditional tavern, locally called Konoba, which is a separate room equipped with a built in stone grill and a large wooden table, an ideal spot for preparing and enjoying a BBQ. Free onsite parking is available for the guests.

Trsteno is a small seaside settlement situated 20 km north of Dubrovnik. It is famous for its unique natural beauties, rich vegetation and its well-known Arboretum. Trsteno beach is located only 700 meters from the property. The nearest restaurant and bar are approximately 400 meters away. Besides the beautiful beaches, the whole area is famous for agritourism. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within less than 10 minutes’ drive. The nearest grocery store is located just 150 meters from the property.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
