  • This charming studio apartment with balcony and sea view is located above the beautiful Uvala Lapad bay, 3 kilometers from the Old Town, approx 15 minutes by bus. A bus stop for number 4 bus is within a few minute walking distance.

    The sea and a nice seaside walking pathway that leads to many beautiful beaches around entire Lapad peninsula are on a few minute walking distance. Petka wood natural reserve is above the house. It is ideal for jogging, nice long walks and from there you have some stunning views of the Dubrovnik riviera.

    Both supermarket and bakery are only 160 m away, Uvala Lapad Beach is 250 m away (sand and small pebble) and new, modern 3D cinema with 3 halls is 200 m from the apartment.

    Apartment Julia is equipped with Air conditioning, Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, full kitchen with dishwasher, mycrowave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the bathroom there is washing machine and hair dryer. Both iron and ironing board are in the apartment.

    The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are 160 steps leading down to the Bay of Lapad. It is also reachable by another, longer road above with no stairs to the entrance gate.

    There is a parking place above the house.

The place was amazing! It everything you could possible need. Was in a perfect location in Lapad and close to the bus stop so you can easily get to old town or to the beach. The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and really made my stay!

Great view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, markets & bus stops. The view was amazing and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely, cosy, well-equipped apartment within easy reach by bus or car of Dubrovnik old town. Close to a stony ‘sunset’ beach with plenty of reasonable restaurants and bars in Lapad. The hosts, Maro and Vesna are super friendly if you need any help during your stay.

Vesna and Mario were exceptional hosts we received excellent restaurant recommendations and Mario explained the bus line, attractions, places to buy groceries and short cuts for walking. The balcony overlooks the sea and the view is spectacular. We will definitely like to stay here again.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Dubrovnik

The studio apartment, the location in Lapad and the hosts were all fabulous! We could not have asked for a better place to stay while exploring all Dubrovnik has to offer! We hope to return some day and stay again in the same place!

Great stay in Dubrovnik!

We were so happy with our stay at this home in Lapad, great view and nicely appointed. The busses to old town are frequent and after a busy day we could swim in The Adriatic. We had a fabulous time and the owners are wonderful!

Heaven in Dubrovnik

This was a terrific stay, from the time arrivedwell after midnight, the host was there to greet us. The location was perfect, a nice walk to the old city, and close to some fine restaurants, all in al my partner and I loved this place, 10 out of 10 to the hosts and 10 out of 10 for the location, 10 out of 10 for the studio apartment

Great property on the Lapad peninsula!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The apartment was very clean, the hot water didn't run out during an average length shower (an issue at other properties we stayed at in Croatia), the location is great (very close to a great public beach) and the rest of what Dubrovnik has to offer was within an 6-15 minute car ride or an 8-30 minute walk. We would stay here again!

Fabulous location ( steps get you fit!!) with lovely views. Great hosts who meet and greet you, with lots of information if needed. Clean and fresh apartment, perfect for two. Amenities close by and great swimming beach located

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce studio avec vue mer ! L’accueil était très sympathique avec beaucoup d’informations et de recommandations ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour notre séjour. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition, autant dans le logement que dans la situation géographique. Encore merci à Maro et son fils. On recommande à 100%.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The balcony had an amazing view and it was great to be so close to the beach and the bus stop. It was very easy to take the bus into the old town. Communication was very clear and they kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

I would come back!

Thank you Vesna and Maro! Everything was wonderful from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen and the convenient location. Close to old town, and even has its own charming beach and tons of restaurants around the apartment. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Croatia!

Amazing location and I was able to walk to Sunset Beach and grab dinner in town. Marlo had great communication, and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We really appreciated this location as it was away from the hustle/bustle of City Walls and was a welcome place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Taking the bus into Dubrovnik for the main sites was easy, and Uber is available as well and a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing studio apartmetn

Everything was wonderful, from a lovely greeting and orientation from our hosts and treats provided the first evening when we arrived. The view from the patio is beautiful, the beaches so close and a great park behind the place. The space was perfect for a couple and hosts were so friendly and helpful. 5 star recommendation.

The property owners were helpful, courteous and friendly. The place had a great view. It was close to the bus stop and a ton of restaurants. The only negative was climbing 164 steps to the apartment. You could take the road which we did some of the times. We are both seniors so it was a little more difficult for us. For younger people it should be a breeze. The old city was a 15 bus ride. And the bus stop was a 10 minute walk. Overall, we had a great stay and the hosts had a lot to do with it.

This was a perfect place to stay for the lovely view and location. It is a quiet way to visit Dubrovnik and still be able to take in the important sites at Old Town. The host was gracious and helpful. The rental apartment very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing and eating on the balcony. The stairs down to the beach will keep you fit. With one of us having mobility issues, we also would use Uber to get around.

Lovely hidden gem!

What a charming place to stay while in Dubrovnik. While most of my group paid triple plus to stay at one of the large nearby hotels, I chose this lovely place that offered a charming neighborhood,, gorgeous balcony view, the same amenities and a personal touch (which you can not get at a large hotel) all for a much lower price. Thank you for hosting us!

Es war unsere wundervolle Reise nach Dubrovnik. Unsere Apartments befinden sich in Lapad mit Meerblick. Für zwei Personen, sehr komfortabl, sauber, alles vorhanden, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer. Ich möchte mich bei Vesna und Maro bedanken, sie sind sehr offen und freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Excellent Apartment

Incredible views over the main Lapad beach and easy accessibility into the restaurants and bars as well as Dubrovnik via bus. The apartment was very well equipped and well kept. Maro and Vesna were extremely helpful and attentive.
