  • Este espacioso estudio recientemente renovado está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón del casco antiguo de Dubrovnik, a pocos pasos de playas, restaurantes y sitios históricos. Después de un día de natación y turismo, venga a casa con hermosos muebles antiguos y detalles históricos auténticamente restaurados junto con la comodidad moderna del aire acondicionado y el internet inalámbrico. Cama king size, refrigerador y hervidor eléctrico completan su casa de vacaciones. Ubicado en el primer piso, es uno de los únicos apartamentos en el casco antiguo que casi no tiene escalones para subir.

The location is excellent for touring but ina very busy area so there is some noise from diners at the restaurant right outside and the church bell but it is so convenient that it is worth tolerating a little noise. It is in the old city walls close to the east gate. Perfect for exploring the walled city. Has a small shower but a refrigerator and a couch to enjoy.

Our flight was late, yet the driver our host arranged waited for us and drove us to the Ploce gate where we were met by our host. She then walked us to the apartment and gave us the keys and explained how everything worked. The room was in the middle of the Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. The streets were busy and noisy into the evenings, but it was a happy musical noise and not a problem for us. The room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The biggest communication problem was that my phone didn't always work in Croatia and messages took longer to send and receive. I rate this Host and apartment 5+ stars out of 5!

A wonderful location with everything needed. Only issue was the people outside who were loud each night until between 2-3 am. Noise cancellation EarPods helped. Hosts Rebecca and her husband were great to work with.

Wonderful space in a historic building, truly in the heart of Old Town. Rebecca is terrific, bed is comfortable. The cathedral bells are right there, chiming at 6 a.m., and there is club music playing far into the night, but honestly didn't bother us and felt like part of the experience. Location is optimal, walking distance to everything.

Great location

Perfect location in the center of Old Town. Although the restaurants were right outside our window we didn’t mind the humming of voices. It was festive and became white noise. Rebecca was wonderful with accommodating our missed flight and baggage delay. We loved our stay in Dubrovnik

Heaet of Old town Dubrovnic

We loved the central location in the heart of the old town. The roomy, hundreds of years old character of the apartment is lovely. The bedroom is an old wine cellar, with a vaulted ceiling. Bring earplugs, as the noise of people and music at the restaurant right outside rhe window, goes on until 2am in weekends.

Great location

We chose this location to be in the heart of Old Town. While some comments mentioned the noise, this was not an issue for us. We loved the ease of just walking out the front door and being in the heart of the action. The apartment was clean and the host was amazing with communication. She responded to any questions quickly and very clearly.

Elegant studio Not!

The one room was located in a fantastic area. However the one room was full of, what I felt, discarded items that no one requires. Shower was terrible all water over the floor towels thin and rough. No thought on decor and everything was tired old and well worn. Would not stay here again.

Facilement accessible et tout à fait charmant!

Bien que la porte d'entrée du logement donne sur une terrasse, nous avons été peu incommodés par les bruits ambiants en soirée. Des bouchons sont toutefois recommandés aux dormeurs qui ont le sommeil léger. La chambre et le petit salon sont particulièrement agréable et le lit comfortable. Rebecca et son conjoint sont venus nous cueillir à la porte Ploce et nous ont conduit à notre logement en répondant à toutes nos questions même après notre installation. Cette petite attention fait une grande différence et rend le voyage agréable. Et c'est vrai! Que 6 marches pour accéder à l'appartement! Ça aussi, ça fait une différence...

This unit was a nice, affordable option in the city center, with character and a great location. Having a parking option available is great, but note that it will be far from the unit--thoughtful host worked with us to access the unit with minimal walking/dragging luggage. Outside noise was not an issue for us. It was noticeable only in the living area and the bathroom, and really minimal in the bedroom area.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the Old Yown

Such a great experience from booking this place, correspondence with a Rebecca, being shown to our apartment and to top is all a fabulous place to stay. I can highly recommend this property. We have had the most amazing time in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic!

We had a GREAT stay at this property. The location is very central, Rebecca arranged an airport transfer for us which was lovely. This apartment is so cute and has a lot of space. The noise from the nearby bars never bothered us, I think they stopped playing live music around 10-11PM. Very quaint, nice property. Rebecca was very helpful in every aspect. Thank you.

Awesome location and among only the few within the city walls that can offer parking.

Check-in was fast and seamless, including parking (for a very reasonable fee) which was very important to us.

great old town apt

We enjoyed our stay at this apt. There were only a few steps to the apt. and that is saying something when you see old town! And a huge point as you need to lug your luggage in and out of old towns as no cars are allowed. The apt was clean and nice decor details that a lot of apts lack. It is right in the middle of everything, so you can duck in and out of the crowds as needed. The music and crowd noise did not bother us while sleeping. Rebecca met us at the gate and gave us great tips for our stay. We would stay here again.

Great location, great transfer service and meet up too.

The location of the property is great. Very central and the owner very kindly met us to check us in and out as well as arranging for an each way airport transfer each way. 2 issues though. The shower is not ideal, very awkward with the shower curtain sticking to you constantly and did need a good clean. Could be very easily sorted with a full solid enclosure. The noise. There's no sound proofing at all and the music was loud, one night until 4am, wasn't ideal. The city is fantastic and so beautiful with so much going for it and I've been telling everyone to check it out.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik!

Our hosts were wonderful and helpful all along the way. We were met and led thru the very busy old town to our rooms. The apartment is in a very social area, but we loved it. We highly recommend it.

Clean, central and unique apartment

What a great spot! Right in the mix. There is a jazz band that plays outside in the evening which was just lovely. Would stay again! The only downside was the internet was a bit spotty at times.
