Spacious Family Apartment With Pool

Lovely and spacious 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need for quiet and relaxing holiday. With pool access, Internet, parking and two balconies is ideal for a family or 2 couples travelling together.

This 2-bedroom apartment is a part of a new building with swimming pool surrounded by greenery with deck chairs available for lounging. The apartment is located on a first floor and extends to 105 m2. Includes two double bedrooms of which one has en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony with partially sea view, a storage area, a bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen partially separated from large living room with slide doors to the balcony. The balcony is additionally equipped with a new big dining table and chairs suitable for 6 people. The accommodation is suitable for four guests but can accept up to six people as we have add an extra bunk bed in joined storage area in the main bedroom; ideal for 2 kids or 1 adult.
The apartment is equipped with all mod cons ie TV with DVD player, washing machine, 3 air condition units and free WiFi. Shared pool, which is not heated, is generally open each year from 1st May until 30th September. It is not available for use in April, and October but all depends on the weather situation. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the building.
Cavtat town center is 25 minutes walk along the shore where you will find all your need; plenty bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, banks and sites like St Nicholas’ church, Mausoleum of family Racic, Franciscan monastery and etc.
Closest bus stop for buses operating in direction to Dubrovnik or Cavtat center is 200m walk up the hill from the apartment and the supermarket Tommy is 10 minutes walk up to the main road.
The biggest pebble beach Zal beach is situated in front of Hotel Albatros about 500m (15min walk)away, where you can find closest restaurants and bars, together with water taxi service directly to Dubrovnik old town. In front of Hotel Epidaurus 600m away, you will find diving and water sports center. This apartment is great choice for a family, group of friends or 2 couples looking for a retreat.

Schöne Woche in Cavtat

Wir hatten eine sehe schöne Woche in Cavtat. Wohnung war top, viel Platz und sauber. Einrichtung und Ausstattung super. Pool sauber und gepflegt, Liegen ausreichend. Sonnenschirme und Ständer könnten mehr da sein.

Very spacious appartment with sunset view, airco and shared nive pool, 10 minutes walk from the sea.

We had a very relaxed week in the appartment at Cavtat and used the pool everyday. The appartment is very comfortable with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with annex bathroom and one with annex childrens bedroom. Good stay for families, rustic but near the beach.

Family holiday with teenagers

This spacious apartment was perfect for us. We were a party of 5 so the extra bunk room meant our teenage daughters could bring a friend. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies meant there was space for everyone. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. We appreciated the beach equipment, guide books etc that were left for our use. There is a supermarket nearby so it’s easy to eat and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment is situated a little way out of town up a steep hill, but this was not a problem for us, it also means the views and sunsets are fab! The pool area was lovely and most of the time we had this to ourselves. Ida was a fantastic host, she greeted us on arrival and arranged our airport transfers which were seamless. Overall we loved our stay in beautiful Cavtat and hope to return.

Wonderful stay

We arrived very late due to Gatwick losing our luggage and general chaos at Gatwick. Ida had arranged a taxi to pick us up and was waiting at the property to go through the apartment, tell us about the area etc.. The apartment was very clean and has beautiful views across the bay. It is a fair walk from the main restaurants, but quite walkable. The boat trips to Dubrovnik were enjoyable. all in all and wonderful holiday and Ida could not do enough for us. we all had a great time - Gatwick delays and lost luggage taken into consideration!!

Lovely apartment but further out of town than I would prefer

Booking process very easy and pick up arranged from airport. Ida welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on the area. Supermarket is quite close by but is up a very steep hill and across a busy road. Nearest restaurants and bars are at least 1km away downhill. Pleasant walk in daylight but we chose to get a taxi back in the evening to avoid the uphill walk in the dark. Pool area ok, would definitely need more sun beds in high season especially as other people removed some to place on their own patios. Apartment clean and spacious but doubt I would stay here again- I would prefer to stay closer to the centre of Cavtat.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice and large but a bit tired. It has a well equipt kitchen and lounge. The beds are large and very comfortable. The balconies offer a good view of the bay. It is a good walk into town so not suitable for some but we enjoyed the walk. The pool is nice but there may not be enough loungers if the apartments are full. The patio door in the back bedroom does not lock and there is also a window that does not shut and lock. Two lamps in the bedrooms were not working and the en-suite light was not working. The en-suite toilet was dirty and the hand wash container is broken. We did have a lovely time.

Fabulous spacious apartment with pool and sea view

Stayed here in Cavtat rather than Dubrovnik and it was a good choice. The apartment is fabulous with lots of extras. Drinks and dinner on the balcony watching the setting sun was wonderful. Good size pool and nice walk into town. Boat trip to Dubrovnik takes about 45 mins and is a good way to travel.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in Cavtat. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Ida, our host, was most helpful in advising us on local activities and attractions. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the lovely harbour. There are also taxis available for the uphill return journey for only 60-70 kuna, especially after spending the evening in town.There are many good restaurants in Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport is only 10 minutes drive. We also drove to Montenegro ( as suggested by Ida) and were glad we had done so. Arriving in Dubrovnik old town by ferry from Cavtat is also a lovely experience. The pool was well used by our family. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The listing and photographs were very accurate.
