View to the Old Town, garden of Villa Sheherezade and sea from apartment´s large balcony on top floor is outstanding.
Apartment consists of two bedrooms(double and twin), two terraces, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen etc., and occupies whole top floor of the new building. Upholstery is new for this season.


Sipa Apartments offer panoramic sea views, situated on a 10-minute walk from the old part of Dubrovnik, which is under protection of UNESCO. Air-conditioned apartments are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and include a furnished balcony and satellite TV. There are free Wi-Fi and free private parking.
Apartment B consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen, one bathroom (bath tub), one bathroom (shower), living room and two terrace (from living room and bedrooms).
Apartment F (141 m2) consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen, one bathroom (bath tub), living room and a terrace (from living room and kitchen).
All units have a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with washing machine.
Apartment's building is surrounded with garden of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation and located right above Hotel Argentina and Villa Sheherezade. Each apartment has a large terrace with a magnificent view to the medieval Old Town, open sea and mysterious Lokrum Island.Continuing straight down the street of the property, the north entrance of the Old Town is reachable within 10 minutes (600meters) without steps.

Clean.. safe.. gorgeous

The property was exactly as advertised . The owners were phenomenal . The apartment was clean with loads of really hot water. I felt perfectly safe walking around. There were plenty of activities in the area for all ages. Can’t say enough about the spectacular view. Great to wake up to and a beautiful sight to go to bed after viewing. I would rent again.

Absolutely beautifully appointed rooms with side terrace and balcony. Spacious living area. Very warm reception from hosts, attentive and helpful to any questions. We would definitely return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic location

Very quiet, roomy with a phenomenal view. Bozo is an excellent host, very helpful and kind. Dubrovnik is magical. They have done a great job of rebuilding since the war. Pemo supermarkets are nearby.

Fantastic apartment and view of Dubrovnik

I highly recommend the Sipa Apartments ,the owners were very friendly and helpful.We spent many hours sat on the surrounding terrace admiring the beautiful view of Dubrovnik and Lokrum island.There is a twenty minute walk up the hill,but you can catch the local bus from the cable car entrance at the bottom to the top bustop, just seconds from the apartment.Bus numbers five and eight.Thank you to the Letunic family for looking after us
