Located in the small village of Štikovica on the Dalmatian coast, Villa Snjezana is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends, the villa is conveniently within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Moreover, the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a short drive away, with Gothic monasteries, palaces, and no shortage of beaches to enjoy and explore.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with sofa, chairs, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen area for preparing meals. There is also a guest toilet, a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer) and one double bedroom (with king size bed) and ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find four double bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, LCD TV, and access to a balcony with a seating area.

Outside, you will find a garden featuring spacious terraces and a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 3.5 m. The pool features a jacuzzi corner and a sunbathing area with sun beds and umbrellas. The terrace offers a sitting and dining area along with a summer kitchen and barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining.
