  • Great, brand new studio apartment, 15 min by foot to Old city, close to Rixos Libertas hotel and Bellevue beach

    The space
    Studio has kitchenette equipped with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen utensils.Bathroom comes with shower and washing machine.
    Double bed is 160cm wide and perfect for couples.

    Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Wir hatten Meerblick und Blick auf Old Town von Dubrovnik. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Weg in die Altstadt beträgt 2 km und dabei hat man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer.

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Procédure d’arrivé facile. Le stationnement gratuit se fait dans la rue assez occupée mais pas trop de problème pour se garer à proximité.

Glorious residence!

Excellent location, the accommodation is perfect for solo travellers or couples. The accommodation is walkable to the entrance of Pile Gate and it allows you to bask in the local environment. The host was responsive and offer me an alternate accommodate when I made an error on booking an earlier than planned. Highly recommended

Glorious residence!

Meget fint sted og havde hvad man skulle bruge. Ok tæt på strand og supermarked, som vi værdsætter en del! Internettet var ikke optimalt og vi blev desværre lidt stresset på udtjeknings-dagen da rengøring kom allerede kl. 9.00 om morgenen selvom vi først skulle være ude kl. 10.00… Men alt i alt en god oplevelse!

die lage war super. man erreicht die altstadt in 30 minuten. restaurant sind circa 10-15 minuten entfernt. für 2 tage reicht die unterkunft vom platz her. Der Handy-empfang war im apppartment leider sehr schlecht. vor dem sitzplatz aber tip top.

Glorious residence!

Die Lage des Zimmers ist ziemlich gut, weil man Dubrovnik gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Zimmer ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Leider kam aus dem Badezimmer ein sehr unangenehmener Abfluss-Geruch und es waren Ameisen und Schimmel im Bad.

Propre, fonctionnel, bien placé. Ns avons rejoint plusieurs fois la vieille ville à pieds (30mn). 1 peu de mal à trouver la plage (derrière l'hotel, descente + escaliers) mais elle n'est pas loin (10mn). Nous avons tjs eu une place pour stationner (Rue). (Séjour début Octobre) Excellente communication avec le loueur.

Extraordinary journey!

Martina and her team were very responsive and helpful. Check in was smooth, although initially we were given instructions to enter the flat above! However this was quickly sorted by the team who responded to us straight away. It was a perfect location, for the beach and the food, and the area was so beautiful. The place was clean and felt safe, with an accurate listing of what was included. The only thing we would have preferred is if the Wi-Fi connection had been faster. It was very slow and we used our mobile data for most of our stay. Overall it was a great holiday - thanks!

Brilliant service!

25min to city center, great location. The studio is next to the street so could be very noisy if you leave window open, also you can hear noise from the above flat. WiFi and tv didn't work, but we managed to fix antena of tv. We arrived 1 hour later than was available time but cleaning was ongoing. In the kitchen you can find essential stuff to make your own meals.

The property is small and in a residential area. A little worn out. It is in between Lapad and Old Town so not really close to either. Unable to sleep because the bed in so uncomfortable. Very strange bedding as well.
