This lovely and welcoming 1-bedroom apartment located within the Old Fortress in the most attractive and romantic part of Dubrovnik is just steps away from Marin Drzic's home and the main street Stradun. Stepping in the building, 3 flights of stairs (45 steps) lead to the 3rd floor where the apartment (32 m2) is located. Authentic stone décor and minimalist style furnishing best describes Hedera A20 which overlooks a green and peaceful garden. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom (double or twin beds on request) located on the gallery level, while the ground floor offers a bathroom with a shower, living/dining area and a full kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge and a coffee machine. Amenities include A/C (in all rooms), WIFI internet, washing machine, SAT-TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safety deposit box and a full kitchen. It can be combined with the next door apartment Hedera A21, also with the nearby apartments Hedera A6, A5, A31, A34, A27 and A19 to accommodate up to 38 guests.


Entering Pile gate, the apartment is located in a parallel street with the main street the Stradun. It can be conveniently accessed as there are no steps leading to the building. Medieval architecture, coffee bars and restaurants are reachable within a 1-2 minute walk. The Old Port with a frequent boat connection to island of Lokrum is only 100 m away while famous Banje beach is a 5 minute walk.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.
